Uttar Goara (Bengali: উত্তর গোয়াড়া) is a census town under Kalna police station and Kalna subdivision [1] in Bardhaman district in the Indian state of West Bengal. It is an urban growth center adjacent to Kalna town.

Uttar Goara is located on the agriculturally rich alluvial plains between the Bhagirathi, Ajay and Damodar rivers. [2] Temperatures in this region varies from 17-18°C in winter to 30-32°C in summer. [3]
As of 2001[update] India census[4], Uttar Goara had a population of 6972. Males constitute 51% of the population and females 49%.
